HUBUNGAN DUKUNGAN TEMAN DAN PERAN KELUARGA TERHADAP PERILAKU GAYA HIDUP SEHAT PADA REMAJA DI KOTA PADANG

Remaja menghadapi tantangan pada perkembangan penyakit tidak menular yang diakibatkan oleh perilaku tidak sehat yang menyumbang hampir 41 juta kematian setiap tahunnya. Sebagian besar penyakit ini dapat dicegah karena pada akhirnya berkembang di awal kehidupan karena aspek gaya hidup dengan dukungan teman dan peran keluarga. Penelitian ini melihat hubungan dukungan teman dan peran keluarga dengan perilaku hidup sehat di dua sekolah menengah atas di Kota Padang, Sumatera Barat. Sebanyak 102 sampel remaja diambil dengan teknik pengambilan systematic review. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kuantitatif cross-sectional pada bulan April - Oktober 2023. Peneliti menganalisis data dengan analisis univariat dan bivariat menggunakan metode Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan teman dengan perilaku hidup sehat pada remaja (POR= 7,578 dan p = 0,000). Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara peran keluarga dengan perilaku hidup sehat pada remaja (POR= 5,625 dan p = 0,000). Penelitian ini menekankan peran penting dari dukungan teman dan peran keluarga terhadap perilaku hidup sehat. Diperlukan kualitas pertemanan dan bimbingan orang tua yang positif agar memberikan dampak yang baik terhadap perilaku hidup sehat pada remaja.
